Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® (FDN), founded by Reed Davis, is a whole different type of health coaching. In this type of health coaching, our coaches are taught how to run lab tests with their clients. They learn how to interpret those lab tests, functionally… identifying subtle patterns where dysfunction is occurring in the body. Seeing these patterns gives our coaches clues to where there are healing opportunities. Our coaches create customized protocols for their clients using the FDN D.R.E.S.S for Health Success®. The natural protocols our coaches create use specific diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction and supplementation recommendations that will help support the areas where dysfunction was uncovered with lab testing. The recommendations made by our coaches help to reverse the dysfunction and help reverse the chronic symptoms that so many clients had struggled with.
