Ari Gronich, ‘The Performance Therapist’, has worked with Olympic, Paralympic, professional, and amateur athletes for the length of his almost 20 year career. Ari has over 25,000 hours of hands on work and 5000 plus hours of training and internship.
Through the years, Ari has developed his Unique methodology, ARI Sports Therapy, by selecting and combining techniques from a number of disciplines including: the USSR Sports Federation, martial arts, gymnastics, various body work methods, sports therapy, personal training, performance enhancement, corrective exercise, and kinesiology. He approaches each athlete as a unique set of challenges: cartilage, tendons, joints, muscles, bone, lungs, heart, and brain that must all work together and be in balance to maximize immediate and long-term performance.
Ari is highly trained and certified in many disciplines within the fields of bodywork, emotional release,
energy work, nutrition, health, and kinesiology and sports therapy. For all of his adult life, he has helped transform his clients’ bodies and lives through increased performance, enhancing physical, mental, and emotional health.
Ari is the developer and innovator of Performance Therapy Academy, an industry leading medical exercise program training professionals to work with clients with chronic pain, recurring injuries, and limiting medical conditions.
He is also the President & CEO of Achieve Health USA, working with clients in physical performance training and injury rehabilitation.
