National Osteoporosis Foundation Partners with Medical Fitness Network to Provide a New Health Resource for Those with Osteoporosis<\/b><\/h3>\n

WASHINGTON, DC\u00a0<\/b>\u2013 (August 18, 2015) The National Osteoporosis Foundation (NOF) is the leading consumer and community-focused health organization dedicated to the prevention of osteoporosis and has just announced a partnership with the Medical Fitness Network (MFN).<\/p>\n

The NOF and MFN share a mutual goal of educating people about healthy living and complementary healthcare management of chronic diseases\/medical conditions and their risk factors. This partnership helps connect consumers to qualified fitness and complimentary healthcare providers who are interested in working with those with osteoporosis through MFN\u2019s online network. This network also supports caregivers.<\/p>\n
