From individual activities to corporate events, participants can enjoy health, physical activity and nutrition activities VIRTUALLY while maintaining social distancing.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Healthy Virtual Moments<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are focused on the individual and are occasions of healthy eating, physical activity and personal health goals which can be done in your home or safe outdoor environments!\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Healthy Virtual Groups<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are small groups of participants who choose to virtually participate and track activities intended to last beyond the month of May &#8211; adoption of a group name would be awesome!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Culminating Project<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is a virtual event or series of events that promote wellbeing \u2013 (both physical and mental) personally or through the whole company or community where you live.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, you can safely participate in GEHFM and help stop the spread of the virus by avoid being exposed, wear masks that cover your mouth and nose and practice social distancing (leaving 6 feet between you and any person you come in contact with). Wash your hands often with soap and water; clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. Call your doctor if you think you\u2019re experiencing symptoms. Visit <\/span><a href=\"coronavirus.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">coronavirus.gov<\/a>\u00a0for more information.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><em>Diane Hart, Owner of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.harttoheartfitness.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hart to Heart Fitness<\/a>,\u00a0is a\u00a0Nationally Certified Fitness Professional, Personal Trainer, Health Educator and is\u00a0current President of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.physicalfitness.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">National Association for Health and Fitness<\/a>\u00a0founded in 1979 by the U.S. President\u2019s Council on Sports and Fitness.
