Not only are there more adults over age 50 than at any time in history; this new consumer majority is the wealthiest, best educated and has access to quality healthcare. Yet the media, political and social leaders seem determined to focus only on the potential problems of an aging population rather than the incredible potential.

Me: “Well, yeah, thanks. Frankly speaking I’ve been working out, exercising, you know, a good diet, a healthy lifestyle…”
Water babies, that’s us. We’re at home in liquid from pre-birth and we seem to naturally gravitate to it. We love the ocean, the lake the pool, the hot tub, and the bathtub. What is it about water that means so much to us? It surrounds us, it cradles us, and it supports us. We’re nearly weightless in water.
The law of the jungle means that the fittest survive. The same law applies to an emergency situation. The more fit you are, the more likely you are to make it through challenges in the long run. How do you prepare yourself for an emergency situation? By making sure you are physically, mentally and immunologically fit! That’s right – immunologically fit.
Why seated exercise you may ask? Simple! When exercise is accessible, easy and comfortable for people, they will exercise more! A recent study linked physical inactivity to more than 5 million deaths worldwide per year more than those caused by smoking. The study revealed that only 20.6 percent of people surveyed met the total recommended amount of exercise — about 23 percent of all men surveyed and 18 percent of the women.
Part 3: Consistent Exercise for Healthy Skin. More and more studies are showing the tremendous benefits of regular exercise. Being a physically active person is a very important component of one’s own self efficacy and includes positive side effects like feeling more energetic, focused, confident, less stressed and looking radiant.
